Assist and support the General Superintendent CDC with competence and expertise. Coach and transfer knowledge to a medium size group of educational professionals and administrators and be both accountable and responsible for the content quality, design, delivery, evaluation and review of a wide range of competency based learning and assessment programs to a culturally diverse range of learners in both on job and off job situations. Contribute to the larger section and overall departmental team efforts, at all times demonstrating those behaviors that fully support company Values and the PTFI Leadership Strategic Program.
Implement company Value, CDC policies and procedures, PTFI SHE policies and procedures. Lead by example in order to be a role model and coach for colleagues and development program participants.
Demonstrate expert competence in the principles, application and design of Leadership Development, and Leadership Competency based learning programs, advice and coach colleagues so that all Leadership development plan programs delivered and assessed meet CBD standards.
Demonstrate expert competences in implementing Leader as People Developer and staff competency management, that will align and link: performance management and career development, leadership.
Fully understand the various developmental program standards that apply and as best practices in all Freeport McMoRan (“FCX”) organization and the worldwide market in general.
Implement FCX Leadership Program across nation, in order to create the same language and culture of Leader as People Developer.
Development programs, coach colleagues in order to meet PTFI customer development needs and quality standards. Integrate FCX Fatality Prevention Program into PTFI Leaders as People Developer program.
Evaluate and review a range of competency based learning materials, coach and mentor colleagues so that learning programs delivered, achieve their intended learning outcomes.
Implement all aspects of the company learning management system, coach colleagues to help ensure all participant learning and assessment data /results are accurately recorded and reported so that participant records are consistently kept up to date and accurately recorded.
Seek and respond to customer learning and assessment requirements, provide customers with competent advice and support regarding the wide range of CDC services and products, coach colleagues in order to assist CDC meet /exceed customer expectations.
Coach a medium size group within a larger Learning Organizational Development (LOD) Division, helping to ensure that group delivers professional competency based learning and assessment services according to the section strategic plan, within the section budget, meeting the section deliverable timelines in order to meet /exceed the customer annual employee competency percentage improvement targets.
Assist to implement the company staff manpower management systems within the LOD Division so that staff employees are performed and competency managed using the correct PTFI systems and processes.
Contribute to the creation of the section annual Strategic Plan and Budget in consultation with the General Superintendent, Superintendents and customers to help ensure that section services and products support department and customer efforts to continually improve Leadership performance and productivity.
Demonstrated managerial and Leadership competence at a minimum standard, supported by at least ten (10) years of directly related work experience, of which three (3) years has been spent working in a supervisory role.
Bachelor’s degree (S1) or equivalent.
Management and Leadership courses associated with competencies based learning.
Management and technical experience directly related to jobsite working requirement with a minimum of five (5) years of hands on training experience.
Good understanding of diagnostic evaluation for learning program.
Ability to interpret technical and managerial for development of employees.
Ability to work in a culturally diversified workforce.
Strong communication skills and ability to act persuasively.
- Basic level of the Indonesian language in understanding and oral (preferable but not essential).
