Manage the oversight of Consulting vendors and personnel to ensure best quality, performance and efficiencies are met. The Sr. Manager will also provide system/process expertise and leadership to PTFI to adequately support the current and future initiatives as requested by management.


/Additional Responsibilities:/


  1. Provide proper guidance and direction to Consulting vendors providing onsite OPEX and Operational Support Programs to ensure company objectives are both aligned and met.

  2. Monitor Consulting vendor performance and provide input that results in performance improvement.

  3. Provide system and process leadership for SAP as well as packaged and custom applications including ability to troubleshoot process issues and determine options to resolve them.

  4. Act as the main liaison between PTFI business groups and the Corporate and Jakarta MIS teams to gather requirements, conduct functional design, coordinate User Acceptance testing, deliver change management, and perform implementation tasks for PTFI system initiatives.

  5. Provide system and process training support to all site users as required.

  6. Maintain cross-functional coordination between PTFI business groups on system and process initiatives.

  7. Establish key performance indicators (KPI's) and report requirements with senior management.

  8. Make sure management KPI's and reports continually drive the proper behavior and make adjustments as needed.

  9. Responsible for cross-functional coordination on master data standards and maintenance in source systems to support system, process, and reporting initiatives.

  10. Other initiatives deemed important that may be assigned by Sr. Management.

  • BA or MBA with ten (10) years of experience with system implementations and process improvement initiatives.

  • Intermediate knowledge of SAP and Business Objects.

  • Technical, analytical and project management skills.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and other business leaders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic level of the Indonesian language in understanding and oral (preferable but not essential).
